PAPUA - In the midst of their border guard duties, personnel from the Mobile R-PNG Task Force Yonif 733/MSK Koops Habema came with a glimmer of hope. They not only brought rifles, but also notebooks and shoes, symbols of dreams and a brighter future for children in Kenyam District, Nduga Regency, East Papua (10/3/2025)
Led by Lieutenant Inf Amin Tomia, Commander of the Kotis Kenyam Post Yonif 733/MSK, the TNI soldiers lovingly distributed school supplies to the enthusiastic children. The innocent smiles and sparkling eyes of the children were a touching sight, as if their dreams were starting to come true.
"We want the children in Kenyam to have the same opportunity to achieve their dreams, " said Lieutenant Inf Amin Tomia in a sincere voice. "Education is the key to opening the door to the future, and we want to help them move forward."
The assistance of notebooks and shoes is not just a provision of material, but also an investment for the future of Papua. Task Force Yonif 733/MSK believes that education is the main foundation for building a more advanced and prosperous society.
"We want the children in Kenyam to grow into a generation that is intelligent, has character, and loves its homeland, " said First Lieutenant Inf Amin Tomia. "We want them to become future leaders who will bring positive change to Papua."
